Baby Belugas

Our toddler classroom focuses on helping children learn to socialize and interact with each other. Center based lesson plans include colors, shapes, letters, music and, art. Your child will enjoy learning through lots of sensory and hands on activities. At this stage your toddler is becoming more independent, teachers will help your child practice life skills such as, picking up toys, sharing, potty training, and hand washing.

Dynamite Dolphins

In our 3 year old classroom your child will continue to build and develop social skills, while also learning more about patterns, shapes, letters, and numbers. Center based lesson plans include writing, creative art, music, circle time, learning about seasons and how the calendar works. In this classroom children need to be fully potty trained.

Here, at Christ Church by the Sea Children’s Center, we use Frog Street Curriculum as our main learning tool. This comprehensive curriculum is the perfect fit for every age and stage.

Frog Street is a high quality, researched based curriculum organized into ten skill domains that support integration of curriculum and builds connections between and among all disciplines. The Frog Street curriculum also integrates “Conscious Discipline” strategies to support social and emotional intelligence which in turn supports the cognitive performance of children.

Super Sea Turtles

In our T-K classroom your child will be introduced to the structure of classroom setting along with early reading and math skills. Center based lesson plans include, writing, math, science, story telling and art. All curated with happy balance of academic and developmental learning. Children will begin to master cutting with scissors, writing their name and reading about10 site words. Socially we work on self regulation, problem solving and team work. All preparing your child to succeed in Kindergarten.

Extracurricular Activities

Kidokinetics

Every Tuesday, all of our students get to participate in our Kidokinetics P.E. Class as part of our new curriculum. Kidokinetics is a one of a kind sports and P.E. enrichment class. Introduce your little one to 20 different kinds of sports and several different kinds of physical exercises in a fun, and non competitive environment!

Soccer Shots

We offer a weekly soccer practice through Soccer Shots to help keep your child active! Soccer Shots is a fun way for your child to learn about team work while having fun and learning a new sport. Each season consists of 8 sessions. Click the button below for more info and to sign up.
